What do you like best about working for your employer?
Shell has global diversity initiatives and programs and values the inclusion and retention of diverse employees. I also enjoy the many opportunities within a large company, and the support for furthering learning, education, development.

I have taken various recruitment, HR, and diversity courses, certifications that pertain to my work. I also have 10+ years experience working within recruitment and diversity.

Yes, I lead Shell’s aboriginal employee network in Canada which is a network of aboriginal and non-aboriginal employees internally. We host awareness week each year and support the retention of aboriginal employees through our network, as well as share cultural and learning for the businesses within Shell.
