My name is Dean Ferguson and I am Vice-President Marketing, BusinessDevelopment and Regulatory Affairs for U.S. Pipelines Central (USPC).USPC consists of the ANR and Great Lakes pipeline systems. Based inHouston, Texas, I lead the USPC's business development, sales andmarketing, capacity pricing, strategy, revenue analysis, rates andregulatory and asset optimization efforts.
I was born and raised in Alberta, spending most of my childhoodyears in Lac La Biche. I began my career in Edmonton as a summerstudent in 1991 and have since held a variety of leadership roles inareas such as gas supply, market development, gas development andrevenue management.
Prior to my move to Houston, I was Vice-President MarketDevelopment, Canadian Pipelines with TransCanada in Calgary. I hold aBachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and an MBAfrom the University of Calgary.
